The Minnesota Hemp Farmers & Manufacturers Association is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific and education purposes.
The purposes for which the corporation is formed are as follows:
To support and conduct non-partisan research, education, advocacy and informational activities to increase public awareness of industrial hemp.
To work directly with farmers, manufacturers, retailers, and the public to help educate and establish best management practices for the hemp industry.
To help restore community wealth through sustainable agriculture practices.
The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
